Combined weights of all passengers can be no more than 480kg. Within that, 2 passengers must not exceed a combined weight of 153kg in order to occupy the front two seats.

Cancellation policy
- When booking a charter online you will be charged 50% of the fare as a downpayment. The remaining 50% is to be paid during check-in.
- Should you fail to check-in on time, or notify us of changes less than 24-hours prior to departure, your credit card will be debited with the total amount of the booked activity.
- Additional charges may be made for any extra loads necessary if passenger/gear weights exceed our limits.

Per Helicopter (maximum combined weight of 480kg)
- Price is per helicopter and includes your pilot.
- Infants (Under 4 years and under 15kgs) can sit on a parents lap and will count as a passenger. Infants over 15kgs will require their own seats.
- Each helicopter can hold up to 6 passengers or a maximum combined weight of 480kg.
