Overview
Depart from Queenstown and fly through Skippers Canyon and past Mount Larkin to the head of Lake Whakatipu top enjoy views up the Rees Dart Valleys towards Mount Earnslaw. Cross the Humbolts mountain range to land at Lake Erskine for a glass of Champagne before following the Milford Road to the head of Lake Te Anau and landing at Fiordland Lodge for a gourmet long lunch.

Departure Times and check in
- Check In closes 30 minutes prior to departure time.
- Combined weights of all passengers can be no more than 480kg. Within that, 2 passengers must not exceed a combined weight of 153kg in order to occupy the front two seats.
- Actual weights will be recorded prior to the departure of your flight. This quote is conditional upon the information and weight estimates provided by you.

Weather
- Your flight is subject to favourable weather conditions; if cancelled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or a full refund.
- We recommend booking your flights early in your trip with flexibility for weather changes. We don’t want you to miss out.

Cancellation policy
- When booking a charter online you will be charged 50% of the fare as a down payment. The remaining 50% is to be paid during check-in.
- Should you fail to check-in on time or notify us of changes less than 24-hours prior to departure, your credit card will be debited with the total amount of the booked activity.
- Additional charges may be made for any extra loads necessary if passenger/gear weights exceed our limits.
Pricing
Per Person (maximum combined weight of 480kg) $1,500.00
- Price is per helicopter and includes your pilot.
- Each helicopter can hold up to 5 passengers or a maximum combined weight of 400kg.
- Infants (Under 4 years and under 15kgs) can sit on a parents lap and will count as a passenger. Infants over 15kgs will require their own seat.
- Minimum number of 3 to confirm the flight.
